You can schedule an appointment online via our website or by calling our hotline 1 to 30 days in advance. Scheduling in advance allows you to choose your preferred time slot and select your doctor.
You just need to go to the Result Lookup page on the website menu, enter the Medical Record Code/Test Form Code and the Registered Phone Number to view and download the PDF file results directly.
