VACCINATION PROCEDURE
Process Code: QTKT.TC01Producer: Doctors and nurses administer vaccinations.
Register your information at the front desk
Register customer information at the front desk, then the customer is instructed waiting for the examination in front of the vaccination clinic.
- Customers Does not yet have a national vaccination ID number: register information to issue code vaccination number.
- Customers has a national vaccination ID number: Schedule an appointment before getting vaccinated.
Screening, counseling, and vaccine recommendations
Doctors screen, advise and prescribe vaccines for each customer in the order shown on the waiting screen.
- Eligible for vaccination: print the payment slip and instruct the customer to pay costing.
- Not eligible for vaccination: The doctor counsels the patient and instructs them to go home.
Payment of expenses
- Walk-in customers: checkout at the cashier or transfer through the QR code on the payment slip, then wait in front of the injection room.
- Customers who have made an appointment / received vaccinations as part of a package: sitting in front of the room injection.
Administering Vaccinations
Nurses administer inoculations for each client in order of vaccination ranking.
Monitor for 30 minutes after the injection
Customers are directed to the post-vaccination observation area for monitoring 30 minutes, and underwent a health check by medical staff before leaving.
