4. RULES FOR BOOKING ONLINE APPOINTMENTS
- Appointment Confirmation: Online appointment forms are only valid for scheduling an estimated appointment time; the hospital will contact you to reconfirm via phone or Zalo before your appointment.
- Schedule Change: Customers may reschedule their appointment up to two times per registration.
- Cancel the schedule: Please cancel your appointment at least 2 hours before the scheduled time so that the hospital can reschedule the slot for another patient.
- No-show: If you make an appointment but fail to show up and do not cancel it multiple times in a row, your ability to make online appointments may be temporarily suspended for a certain period of time.
- Schedule an appointment for a family member: Accepted provided that the information regarding the person who will be coming in for the appointment is clearly and accurately stated.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on this website—including text, images, logos, interface design, and medical articles—is the property of the Hospital or is used by the Hospital with legal authorization. Copying or redistributing this content in any form for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without the Hospital’s written consent.
